I bought my 1st Local Design Hawaii shoulder bag July 2018 when my husband and I took a very special trip to Maui. It was our 25th wedding anniversary gift to ourselves, made more special because we had the pleasure of being joined by our son and his family.

During one of our trips into Lahaina, we ventured a little further down the road that we were on than we had planned and came across an open air market being held in a parking lot. We made the choice to stop and check out what wares were being offered. There were all kinds of items and I came home with gifts for friends! But my favorite thing I bought that day was my Local Design bag...

I switched my purse to my bag on that trip and have carried it EVERYDAY until the day my new bag arrived in the mail about a week ago...A LITTLE OVER SIX YEARS! I only ordered a new one because it had started to show it's age a bit. I'm keeping it to use as a transport bag because it is still a sturdy carryall and believe me, I've carried a lot in it over these years.

I won't be getting back to The Islands, but I'm so happy to have been able to get another Local Design Bag...Thank You

I bought a medium tote bag in Hawaii 2yrs ago and carry it daily to work. I stuff it and it's held up fantastically. I decided to replace it, and while I couldn't find the tote like I had, this is similar (different straps) but I still love it. It's well made and the colors are beautiful!

This is my 2nd bag, I bought my first one when we visited Hawaii in 2014
